Processing typically requires 24-48 hours during business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Transit duration varies by destination: domestic shipments usually reach you within 3-7 business days after dispatch, while international deliveries may take 10-20 business days depending on customs clearance. Seasonal peaks may occasionally extend these estimates, in which case we'll proactively notify you via order confirmation emails.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $0-$60; Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $60-$9999. These tiered rates reflect our commitment to making wardrobe investments accessible—once your cart reaches the threshold, you'll automatically qualify for complimentary delivery without hidden charges.

Shipping Regions

Currently serving 40+ countries across North America, Europe, and select Asian/Pacific regions. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or certain remote locations due to carrier restrictions. During checkout, our system will verify your address eligibility. For embargoed countries or territories with import restrictions, we recommend exploring regional retail partners.

Order Tracking

Within 24 hours of shipment, you'll receive a tracking link via email containing real-time updates from our logistics partners. For consolidated orders with multiple pieces, all items may share one tracking number unless shipped separately. Our mobile-responsive tracking portal shows detailed transit history, estimated delivery windows, and options to manage delivery preferences where available.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While 98% of deliveries arrive as scheduled, unforeseen delays can occur. We'll immediately initiate carrier investigations and, if necessary, expedite replacements for misplaced parcels at no additional cost.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country's regulations. As duty rates vary significantly—especially for textile products—we recommend consulting your local customs office for estimates. Unfortunately, we cannot declare lower values or modify customs documentation, as this violates international trade laws.
