Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of customized or personalized items unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing of the refund depends on your payment provider's processing time.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In such cases, we will refund the original shipping charges along with your purchase amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some payment processors may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company, as they may need additional time to process the refund request.

If after contacting your financial institution you still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details, including the date of purchase, order number, and payment method used. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve the issue promptly.
